Yogesh has over 11+ years of diverse experience in the IT industry with a proven track record of quality services delivery. He has executed several complex projects from inception to closure utilizing industry best practices. He has demonstrated deep industry knowledge, technical competence along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Yogesh is currently working at Ford Technology Services India, managing an array of projects besides being a member of the Java center of Excellence. He is also leading several project transformations from Waterfall to Agile methodology. He also conducts several trainings on Ford frameworks.
Previously Yogesh worked with Tech Mahindra and Cognizant where he was involved in managing offshore teams and also contributed to solution management, estimation and pre-sales. He has extensive experience working with some of the top Telecom operators in US, Germany and Malaysia on varied and cutting edge telecom applications. He has also led several offshore teams for clients across US, APAC and Europe and implemented delivery processes to improve engagement efficiency. He also possesses experience in reverse engineering and redesigning applications across different technology stacks.
