PMI India Champion Mohit Jain conducted a workshop on project management for the IT team of Hyundai AutoEver on 27 January. The workshop helped the team understand the standard methodology for project execution and industry best practices. Jain held another session on 24 February, in which he spoke on the two Knowledge Areas of Project Stakeholder Management and Project Time Management from PMI’s A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide).
