Mr. Ganesh Sawaleshwarkar - Nodal officer, DOP

Ganesh V Sawaleshwarkar, is an officer of the 1995 batch of Indian Postal Service, Central Civil Service (Gr. A). He is a BE (Civil), Hons., VJTI, Mumbai, University of Mumbai, 1993. He is the Nodal Officer for Digitisation of HR and other records under the IT Modernisation Project of the Department of Posts. He has designed, organised and conducted training programmes on Project Management at Postal Training Centre, Vadodara.

Kishore Kumar Chaudhary - Sr. Manager - Social Transformation Division, The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI)

Kishor Choudhary serves TERI as Senior Manager- Social Transformation Division. He is responsible for the business development of social entrepreneur, primarily engaged into energy service delivery through planning, training and capacity building. In the capacity of Principle Investigator, he is also responsible for forging the partnership of TERI with other organizations and the implementation of sponsored projects in different parts of India. Prior to TERI, he has worked with international funding agency, micro credit organization and Government of India in different capacity. Kishor acquired his MBA from IRMA (Institute of Rural Management Anand, Gujarat); LL.B (Bachelor of Laws) from University of Delhi and an undergraduate degree in Physics from Patna University.

Kumar Rudra - Project Director, L&T

Mr. Kumar Rudra is a Chemical Engineer from India. He joined Larsen & Toubro, India in 1991 as a Engineering Trainee, and has experience in various functional areas including Engineering, Business Development & Proposals, Project Procurement, Materials Management, Project Management and Onshore /Offshore construction of Offshore Platforms. As General Manager, he is now designated as "Head -Projects" and responsible for Upstream Oil & Gas operations for Domestic & International projects for clients such as ONGC, GSPC, British Gas, ADMA and PCML.

Mr. Rudra's contribution in the past 22 years has been immense and latest is the completion a 1.2 Billion USD Process complex for ONGC at Mumbai High Offshore (MHN Process complex) at record time of 3.5 years and thus contributing to Nation building.

He is associated with Oil & Gas business since 1991 and since then has been associated with 12 major EPC projects, which were completed on time and 5 EPC projects currently under execution. The combined value of these current projects is in excess of US$ 2.0 billion.

He has published technical papers in journals, the latest one in "Offshore Engineer " on "Effective Co-ordination Leading to a path breaking project " & " Fabrication of a 8 Legged launch Jacket " and "Offshore world on "Superior Project Management of ONGC's Mega MHN Project- A Feather in L&T's Cap" illustrating the execution of 1.2 Biilion USD MHN project for ONGC.

Madu Ratnayake - Head of Digital, SVP & GM - Virtusa

Madu is the Senior Vice President and General Manager at Virtusa responsible for Global IT, Quality and Sri Lanka Operations. He is responsible for Virtusa's digital business strategy and global delivery methodology.

Madu is the founder Director and Chairman emeritus of Sri Lanka Association for Software and Services Companies (SLASSCOM) which represents the Sri Lankan IT/BPM industry; Chairman of Sarvodaya Fusion, the ICT4D arm of Sarvodaya, the largest NGO in Sri Lanka; and Co-chairman of the National Council on ICT and Space Technology for The Coordinating Secretariat for Science, Technology and Innovation (COSTI), the government agency for monitoring and promoting Science, Technology and Innovation in Sri Lanka. He is also a member of the advisory board for ICT at the Export Development Board (EDB) and represents the IT industry on the boards of several leading universities.

He is a Charted Engineer and holds an MBA and a First Class Honors Degree in Software Engineering.

Parthasarathy Thota - Chief Financial Officer, Daimler India Commercial Vehicles Pvt Ltd

Mr. Parthasarathy Thota is the Chief Financial Officer of Daimler India Commercial Vehicles Pvt. Ltd (DICV). since July last year. Mr. Thota was the Head of Light/Medium-duty Trucks Project for BharatBenz at DICV before taking on his new role as CFO. He established the BharatBenz portfolio of L/MDT Trucks right from its inception until its launch in February this year. He has handled several responsibilities in the areas of Finance & Controlling at Daimler's Freightliner Division in the USA.

Pradeep Sangal - General Manager, MIAL

Pradeep Sangal is a Project management systems specialist and is currently working as a General Manager with Mumbai International Airport Limited at Mumbai in India. In this role, Pradeep is responsible for managing Project control processes, Monitoring and controlling execution of systems, planning and managing transition of projects to Operations, stakeholder management and facilitating closure of contracts. Pradeep is also involved in the business development activities of the company.

Prior to joining MIAL in June 2012, Pradeep had worked for 22 years in various capacities for the Project management of diverse and large Infrastructure Projects like construction of Bridges, Tunnels, earthen embankments and track laying for railway projects, Construction of Mini Hydro Power plants on canals, cross country pipelines and Water treatment plants in India and Vietnam with renowned Public and MNC companies. He has also been involved in the Operations and Maintenance of utilities and development of Project Management systems for the organizations.

With a background in Engineering aligned with the acumen for Project management and contract management Pradeep was instrumental in the successful execution of several Large Infrastructure Projects.

Viq Pervaaz - Senior Vice President and Chief Project Officer, Aon M&A Solutions

Viq is Chief Project Officer/Senior Vice President in the Aon Mergers and Acquisitions Solutions practice for Aon Hewitt. Viq came to Aon Hewitt after a strong tenure in the pharmaceutical/clinical industry. He has led operations, project management, business development, marketing and regulatory affairs on an international level. In addition, he has leveraged his lean/six sigma and alliance management expertise to restructure several global organizations. Viq has served in various capacities in the C-suite with key P&L responsibility as well as corporate strategy and development. He routinely presents at conferences and has published in numerous journals as well as served as an adjunct university professor. He currently leads a team responsible for global PMO and M&A and is leading a large transformation initiative with a Fortune 10 company.
