Alankar Karpe - Member, Ethics Member Advisory Group

Alankar Karpe, PMP, PMI-ACP is a member of the PMI Ethics member advisory group (EMAG) & works as Services Project Manager for CA Technologies, India. He has 14 years of experience and has worked in the areas of Strategic consulting, Project and Portfolio management, Manufacturing and service delivery & managing IT projects across various geographies. He holds Master's certificate in Business Analysis from George Washington University, USA & Post graduate diploma in management from IMDR Pune.

Anjali Mogre - Group Manager, Atos

Anjali is currently heading the Operational Excellence team Atos India. She is primarily responsible for data analysis, identification of area for process improvement and Productivity Measurement. She has Master degree in Statistics along with CSQA, PMI, Six Sigma certifications and has experience in project delivery, quality processes and design of e-learning systems. She is especially interested in carrying out process improvement experiments and implementation on wider scale. Prior to Atos, Anjali has worked at Tata Institute of Fundamental research, Tata Consultancy Services, Silverline, Aptech and Syntel.

Ashish Sadekar - Director, ProThoughts

Ashish breathes and works with his passion, Project Management, and set up his own company which helps organizations to succeed in projects. He is a certified coach and trained more than 1000+ practitioners so far. Ashish was the officially selected evangelist and speaker by Microsoft for their India region and have got a feedback of 4.53 - the highest among all Microsoft speakers in the year 2009. He is an aspiring Thought Leader in Project Management and has advised large corporates to succeed in project management.

Beebejan Valiyakath - Manager (SEPG), IBM

Beebejan Valiyakath presently works for International Business Machines (IBM), with an overall experience of 16 years having worked for several organizations such as Motorola, Philips, and Nest Technologies. She has a Bachelor's degree (B.Tech) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from University of Kerala and a Master's degree (MS) in Quality Management from BITS, Pilani. She is a PMI Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), ITIL and CMMI certified professional, and Motorola certified Six Sigma Green Belt professional. In her current role in the Delivery Excellence team, she has started, piloted, and deployed Actuate in IBM India, which is currently being institutionalized across the other delivery centers around the world.

Bhavesh Thakkar - Dy. Manager, Gammon India Limited

Bhavesh Thakkar, a Civil Engineering Graduate from Kakatiya University, Warangal has further completed his Executive MBA from SP Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai in the year 2012. He has 19 years of Professional Experience in all phases of Project Life Cycle for the execution of Infrastructure Projects comprising Roads, Bridges and Canals with Gammon India Limited.

He is an active member of PMI and has obtained the PMP Credential in May 2013. He has also attained Professional Credential as Chartered Quantity Surveyor from Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, UK in July 2014. He simultaneously, is associated with PMI Mumbai Chapter as Vice President - Marketing, to spread good Project Management Practices across the community.

Dakshinamoorthi G. - Senior Manager, Cognizant Technology Solutions

Dakshinamoorthi G is a certified Six sigma blackbelt, with over 17 years of experience in Assuring Quality. He has got a diverse work experience in Manufacturing and IT companies. He acquired his engineering degree from Thiagarajar College of Engineering, Madurai and is currently leading a team within Delivery Assurance group of Cognizant Technology Solutions. Prior to this, he worked for the Quality Assurance group of iGate and Wipro Technologies. He has hands-on working knowledge in Lean techniques and Six sigma methodology. He is an itSMF certified ISO/IEC 20000 auditor. He has significantly contributed in showcasing process excellence capabilities during CMMI dev 1.2 Assessment in Wipro Technologies and CMMI dev 1.3 Assessment in Cognizant Technology Solutions. Author has conducted audits against various standards like ISO 9K, ISO 27K and ISO 20K.

Gaurav Sapra - Program Manager, Tata Consultancy Services Ltd.

Gaurav Sapra is a Program Manager with Tata Consultancy Services. He is a certified MSP® Practitioner, PMP, PMI-ACP, and ITIL V3. With 12 years' IT consulting experience, he has worked in project and program management processes such as governance assessment, design and implementation, PMO setup, and operations, complex business transformations and consulting for large projects and programs.

Gaurav has a wealth of knowledge from projects conceived and executed in various waterfall and agile methodologies using a range of project management tools. He is educated both in technology and management with a B.E in Computer Engineering, M. Tech in IT, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration.

Lakshmi has 20 years of experience in managing Program, Project and Operations Management with global teams. He has managed projects in Manufacturing, Health care, Retail domains. He has handled projects in both Custom applications & packaged implementations. Lakshmi has worked in Automotive Industry for 5 year prior to IT Career. He is currently working with TCS for the past three years as Pre sales lead & Delivery Manager working in APAC region in Manufacturing & Life sciences verticals. Lakshmi has been training PMP Aspirants in TCS and is a key member of the PMP Faculty.

Mangesh Sardesai - Consultant, Siemens Technology and Services Private Limited

Mangesh (Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering - University of Pune) has been working in the software programming area for over 15 years and is employed with Siemens for the last 12 years.

Starting his career as a developer in the Soarian Architecture team, he moved onto become a Module Lead and then Team Lead for the Soarian Security team. He is currently working as a Project Lead for the Desigo Classic Insight team with specific focus on increasing ownership in the Building Automation domain that is very new to India.

Besides working on project planning and execution, his focus is also on different areas of project management like stakeholder management, risk management and increasing team involvement in the areas of collaboration and knowledge sharing.

J V Rao - Vice President, Essar Projects (India) Ltd.

Mr. Rao (PMP®) has 32 years' experience in Utilities operation, maintenance, Construction, Engineering, & Projects in steel sector. He has handled projects like Sunflag iron & steel, Essar's HRC, CRM and 4.6 Expansion project, His Key Areas of Exposure are in Planning & scheduling effective preventive/ predictive maintenance of utilities of steel plants and End to end execution of projects dealing with installation & commissioning as well as overhauling of plant equipment & machinery. He has also authored a Technical Paper on Water conservation through recycling and zero discharge concept at Essar Steel at Indian Water Works Association, 32nd Annual Convention at Bhopal.

Namit Agrawal - Senior Program Manager, Adobe Systems

Namit Agrawal is a B. Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from I.I.T. - BHU and Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from SP Jain Institute of Management and Research. Namit has over 15 years of experience in Project and Program Management. He has worked in IT Service as well as Product Development companies and is currently working as a Senior Program Manager with Adobe Systems India Pvt. Ltd. Prior to joining Adobe, Namit has worked for Wipro Technologies, HCL Technologies, vCustomer (Tech Mahindra) and Interglobe Technologies.

Parag Saha - Consultant, Tata Consultancy Services Ltd.

An MBA with major in Operations Research and Systems, Parag has over 17 years of experience in the IT industry. Starting out as a software engineer and then on to Project Management and Account Management Parag has worked in multiple domains including Travel and Transportation, Insurance, Logistics, Retail and Government. He has worked with multiple organizations including CMC Ltd. and IBM and currently works at Tata Consultancy Services in the Estimation Center of Excellence as an Estimation Consultant. In his current role he is responsible for development of standardized estimation models and deployment of these across multiple domains in TCS. Apart from this he is also involved in estimation consulting engagements and is involved in creating Intellectual Property (IP) in the estimation area. Piyush Jain - Sr. Delivery Manager, Infosys

Piyush Jain is a Senior Delivery Manager with Engineering Services at Infosys Limited, Bangalore. As part of his current role, he heads the engineering business for a large telecom client and additionally holds the Unit PMO responsibilities. Prior to this, he has served as head of talent management and business head for engineering R&D programs for NEM clients at engineering services.

He has 21+ years of industry experience most of which is in the software engineering and Telecommunication space. He has been instrumental in incubating and establishing large offshore development centers for engineering clients across multiple geographic locations.

He is a certified PMP and has published and presented papers in the prestigious PMI conferences, forums and other technology journals.

Rahul Ghodke - Sr. Director Automation Services, Microland Ltd.

Dr. Rahul Ghodke, PMP® has over fourteen years experience in large infrastructure and IT service transition, transformation and implementation projects in ITIL-based managed service environments. He heads automation services and has vast experience in developing and managing SaaS based ITSM tooling solutions.

Satish is currently Manager with Daimler India Commercial Vehicles Pvt. Ltd., Chennai. He has 4 years' experience in Indian Automobile Industry. Currently working in Left Hand Drive (LHD) project which focuses mainly in Export Business. His major responsibilities include: Planning, Steering & Reporting of LHD Project; Meet Project deliverables in terms of cost, budget, time & performance. He has successfully completed delivery of KARMA RHD MDT Projects at DICV and has successfully implemented of 1.3 Swirl Cylinder Head to achieve Bharat Stage IV Emission in MDT Trucks. Shreyas Bhargave - Sr. Technology Consultant, IGATE Global Solutions Ltd.

Shreyas Bhargave (Technology Consultant, IGATE) has over 16 years of diverse experience in the IT industry and is currently working as a lead in the Technology CoE of Research & Innovation. His current focus is on exploring emerging technologies such as Internet of Things, Augmented Reality, Speech Recognition, Enterprise Gamification, etc. and their adoption in businesses and software service companies. Somdatta Banerjee - Service Quality Consultant-Development, Cognizant Technology Solutions

Somdatta is a Six Sigma Greenbelt from ISI Bangalore and is ITIL V3 certified. She received her B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (West Bengal University of Technology) in 2005 and M.E in Electrical Engineering (Jadavpur University) in 2007.

Currently working with Cognizant Technology Solutions as Service Quality Consultant in Application Development projects, she has 5 years of experience in IT industry as process consultant and has worked for organization like Sasken Communication Technology and was involved in Telecommunication and Networks domain.

She has been extensively involved in delivery assurance for application development projects especially with Scrum and Test driven development. She was instrumental in defining a light version of process model for Agile development which is in widespread use now. She was part of CMMI (Dev 1.3) High Maturity Consultant Core team in 2013 org-wide assessments.

Subhajit Bhattacharya - IT Project Delivery Manager, Accenture

Subhajit Bhattacharya has over 9 years of experience in IT consultancy, operations, and project management working with some of the global fortune 100 multi-national companies. Suhail Qadir is a qualified Civil Engineer from Kashmir University and has worked as Project Engineer since 1983 to 1995. He has also practiced Project Management in Construction Industry for over 18 years since 1995 till this date ,having accomplished many Projects successfully as Project Manager and is currently associated as Project Manager with the Public Sector Undertaking J&K PCC Ltd.
