He has also done short courses in the University of Birmingham (on Environmental Policy Analysis), London School of Economics (on Globalization and Leadership), and Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University (in Public Policy). He is the All-India topper of his IAS batch of 1992. He was awarded World Bank's Social Capital Visiting Scholarship in 2002 and the British Government's Gurukul Chevening Scholarship in 2005. He has done international consultancy assignments for the World Bank and UN-ESCAP, and international NGOs working for Youth Issues like YES, Inc of the USA and NMC from Italy. He is a part of the National Pool of Trainers in Leadership constituted by the Government of India, and is involved in training and mentoring newly recruited Civil Servants.

Jayesh Ranjan is the Managing Director of the Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (APIIC). APIIC works towards identifying industrial development opportunities in the state, attracting investments, and providing the required infrastructure support to the industrial units. His previous assignments have been in the Tourism Department of the state government as its Secretary, and in Hyderabad Urban Development Authority (HUDA) as Vice Chairman, both for 3 years each, and various rural assignments in different parts of the state for over 12 years, working in diverse sectors like Tribal Development, Natural Resources management, Poverty Alleviation and other related Social Development Sectors.

Jayesh Ranjan supports many social, cultural and charitable causes, and is on the Board of United Way (Hyderabad), Save A Child's Heart (SACH) Foundation, Young Lives India, APMAS, ML Jaisimha Sports Foundation, Hyderabad 10 K Foundation, Vijaya Foundation Trust, Ushalakshmi Breast Cancer Foundation, LSN Foundation, Tejas Foundation, and Hockey Hyderabad.

A proficient administrator by profession and engineer (electronics) by qualification, he takes keen interest in development works and keeps himself abreast with the latest technology updates. His contributions in the areas of IT applications in Government have been widely appreciated and have won several national & international awards for the state of MP.

She started her career with banking and subsequently moved to management consultancy. During her banking career spanning fifteen years, she headed diverse functions ranging from priority sector lending to corporate finance and personal banking. Thereafter she worked with Tata Consultancy Services Ltd for over ten years managing consultancy projects in India, USA, UK and Australia. One of the flagship consultancy assignments led by her during her years with TCS was on developing a assessment-improvement framework for excellence in government service delivery. The recommendations from this assignment have been accepted by the Government of India and the framework which is named "Sevottam" (Hindi for service excellence) underlies recent Citizen Service Guarantee legislation in the country.

Ms. Bajaj holds a doctorate in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

In his current position he is playing a significant role focused on enabling business growth, reducing costs and improving business productivity. He has been instrumental in maintaining delivery excellence through process and quality initiatives. Data, facts and figures being at his fingertips, he is successful in setting up a PMO framework to establish a strong delivery governance system for managing projects and service deliveries globally while maintaining a strong culture of innovation in project management process and practices. Prior to Ericsson, Sanjib was leading the service delivery for several key telecommunications client engagement for IBM and has been prime driver in growing multiple key accounts.
