What are the different themes we can submit papers on?

The conference theme for 2017 National Conference is Project Management Powering India's Global Leadership.

Papers can be submitted on one or more of the following themes:

What is the overall paper selection process? How many stages of selection will my paper go through?

The entire process will be via the web application only. No manual entries will be accepted via email or another medium. Below is the overall process that will be followed for selection of papers:

Can we submit more than one Abstract?

Yes, you can submit more than one Abstracts for the same sub-theme or for multiple sub-themes. There is no limit to the number of abstracts that can be submitted by a single author.

What is the word limit for submitting abstracts?

An abstract must be submitted with a minimum of 100 words and a maximum of 250 words.

What is the timeline for each stage?

Please refer to the "Important dates" section for timelines. Please note, these timelines may change depending on unavoidable factors.

What are the factors based on which abstract or a paper is selected for the next round?

Criteria for review of abstracts / technical papers includes but is not limited to the following:

How do we give feedback if we want to?

For any feedback on the Paper submission process, you can use the 'Feedback' tab available on your dashboard once you have logged in to your account.

Can I submit papers that I have already submitted and published by another organisation?

PMI expects Authors to submit abstracts and papers that are original and written by the author. You will be required to submit a declaration stating that the content submitted by you is original in nature and has not been published by any other organization(s) or under simultaneous consideration by any other organization(s).

Also, you will be required to accept a declaration on the originality of your paper and that you have all required permissions to disclose any information that may be sensitive to your organization(s).

How will I be informed about the status of my application(s)?

You will receive an email from PMI regarding any change of the status of your application. Alternatively, you can login to the web application with your credentials and verify the status at any time as well.
